Dear all,
Since 8 weeks FCI Manchester has been set up on true links. True links is an email service for Federal prisoners. Some prisoners are looking for an email friend to correspond with. This will save an inmate stamps and a pen pal don't have to mail the letters to an inmate.
If you are interested, please contact us for further information. Currently true links only accept email accounts from GMAIL.
